Projects & Case Studies

Below are a few projects and case studies I completed during my undergraduate and graduate studies. These highlight my work across courses in Marketing Research and Digital Marketing, as well as projects for small businesses and personal side projects that further enhanced my marketing skills and experience.

Uptown Antiques

I partnered with a local antique shop, Uptown Antiques, to develop a marketing proposal and enhance their social media engagement. To increase foot traffic, I created a website, recommended rebranding initiatives including a new logo, and suggested several marketing strategies to engage with their customers.

The business owner liked my recommendations and hired me as a marketing and social media manager to implement these strategies and maintain their website and social media accounts as part of this project.

Unfortunately, the owner of the business recently announced his retirement. However, I plan to continue working closely with him as he focuses on his clean-out and online antique businesses.


Hose Up My Nose

Over the past few months, I have been leading a marketing campaign for Hose Up My Nose, a children’s book based on a true story about a boy with Crohn’s Disease and his journey with tube feeding.

As part of this campaign, I designed a dedicated website featuring:

  • Printable fun & games to engage young readers

  • A "Share Your Story" section to foster a supportive community where others can leave a comment about their journey

  • Zach’s story, bringing awareness to tube feeding

  • Additional resources for families navigating similar experiences

My goal is to spread awareness about tube feeding and make this book a valuable resource for those who need it.

Peak Performance

To help a local gym/personal trainer in my hometown, I designed and developed their website. The site was created to be user-friendly and visually appealing, effectively highlighting their services, offerings, and client testimonials. It features optimized navigation and mobile responsiveness to enhance user experience and drive enrollment. Additionally, I incorporated multiple call-to-action buttons to encourage visitor engagement and conversions.


Burlington Beer Works

As part of a digital marketing class project, my classmates and I conducted a comprehensive analysis of Burlington Beer Works, a local brewery in Burlington, North Carolina. We evaluated their website and SEO strategy to identify strengths, weaknesses, and provided recommendations for improvement.

Salvation Coffee

As part of a collaborative marketing research project, my team and I conducted an in-depth analysis of Salvation Coffee, a local coffee shop near campus. Using quantitative data and survey insights, we evaluated their branding and marketing strategies. Based on our findings, we developed actionable recommendations to refine their target markets and enhance brand visibility.
